diff and stored procedures

I have been testing the SE version and cannot get the schema difference to function correctly with stored procedures. it seems that it only picks up the presence/absence of procedures and does not compare the body.

As a simple illustrative example I performed a sync on a local database, removed the body of one procedure completely (it was still present it just did nothing). Then i performed a synchronize and the workbench reported no difference. I also tried a diff report and exporting a sql alter script.

is this just a bug? has that feature not been implemented yet?
