I would have liked to do that, but I'm afraid I haven't observed any kind of pattern. It seemed to work just fine and then at one point I added another table along with inserts for it and found that forward engineering doesn't export it. Would it be any help if I sent you the offending schema? I might be able to get a permission for it if it stays private.
