Foriegn keys

Hi,
I have encounter some error that i am not sure why it pops up.
I am designing a database for a crm system, i have in the mysql workbench file 2 mysql schemes.
when i try to add a foriegn key to one of the tables i get an error that it can't be done.

any ideas would be appreciated,
