I can not set ENUM data type
Posted by: David Gates

I am trying to insert a new column "make" with data type "ENUM('J2')". Workbench is telling me that it can not set 'new' data type. I checked the drop down selection for data types and ENUM is not listed. Strangely, there is another table in this database which has an ENUM data type... ???

I'm starting to go Google-e-eyed and can not find any reference to others with this problem - any comments/assistance is most appreciated!

Dave.

Also, I have taken a screen shot of the issue - but don't see a way to post images on the forum... it's been one of those days :s
