OK, I see. I've been using Mysql WB since version 5 with Opensuse and this is mostly first time when experiencing such problems but if WB is not tested with other distros I understand possible incompatibilities that might occur.
Btw, I just installed WB 6.1.3 RC and so far I don't see similar freezing so hopefully it will work with Opensuse since installing other distro is not an option and using VM is kinda clumsy.

Edit: Tested now with new GA release 6.1.4 and no problems so far.
