More info... following documentation I try to set up a connection. Test connection fails. Trying to configure server management fails.
Trying to start the server from Navigator fails with following:
2014-04-07 12:37:27 - Starting server...
2014-04-07 12:37:30 - Checking server status...
2014-04-07 12:37:30 - Trying to connect to MySQL...
2014-04-07 12:37:31 - Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (10061) (2003)
2014-04-07 12:37:31 - Assuming server is not running
2014-04-07 12:37:31 - Server start done.
2014-04-07 12:37:31 - Checking server status...
2014-04-07 12:37:31 - Trying to connect to MySQL...
