Things are even stranger. When I reverse Engineer it does show all 72 stored procedures in the filter (and has all selected). When it runs, there is no message log. But the results? 42 tables, 2 views, and 4 routines transferred.
So the initial reverse engineer is seeing it, but the transfer is failing with no error message...
