The database is stored in a folder named whatever by you or whomever created the DB. By default I believe MySQL is in /usr/local/mysql (note:I use a MAC pc) but since you migrated it the folder with the name as your DB should be it. I don't use Tableau but it should have a way of loading the contents of the folder. There isn't just one file in your database.
