You probably mean the auto layout feature, which you can be found in the menu `Arrange -> Auto Layout` (you must have open a model diagram). The layout is not perfect but helps to organize your diagram. If you have too many tables to fit on a single diagram page use `Model -> Diagram Properties and Size` to add more pages, before you start the auto layout process.
