Local Instance Gone! EMERGENCY

OMG my Local instance MySQL80 gone. I see the connection on the opening screen, (Local instance MySQL80 root localhost:3306" but I can't connect to it with the connection tool ("Failed to Connect to MySQL at lolhost:3306 with user root"
If I double click it, and open, there are no schemas. The Servier STatus is Stopped.
The service is not running. When I tried to start it it says the service started and then stoped.
I have a dump file.
It was working fine until I rebooted the server. Now this happened.
Why? How do I fix?
