"Connection is not established" appears after some time after workbench reinstall

I've asked this question on stackoverflow, but have been told to ask the same question here.

I reinstall MySQL Workbench and MySQL Server for 4th time, and after each of reinstalls "Connection is not established" appears, and I have to reinstall again BECUASE: I was looking for an information in the net, and all I've found - start the MySQL Service in 'Services', but I keep receiving error 'The MySQL80 Service on your computer started and then stopped' and none of solutions from the net never helped me.

I've been told to check windows event log instead, and it gives me errors with the following text:
