qt and mysql

Dear Madam / Sir,

I want to connection between qt and mysql. I didnot achieve it.
OS: Windows.
Qt ==> 6.4.3 version
MySQl ==> workbench 8.0 version , version 8.0.34
I loaded my sql driver. It doesn't work
Please help me
