Lost Access to Server

I was experimenting, creating a new schema for my genealogy research, via the Workbech, and may have deleted a setting I shouldn't have and can no longer access the server.

My front end could see the Tables in my schema, but it included the 'information schema' as well, which I didn't want (it doesn't show in my other schema.)

It was during my attempt to remove this schema from my front end that I may have deleted something I shouldn't have (a little knowledge is a dangerous thing!!!

Now, each time I login, I get the following message:
'Your connection attempt failed for user 'root' to the MySQL server at 127.0..0.1:3306:
SELECT command denied to user 'mysql.infoschema'@'localhost' for column 'default_collaton_id' in table 'character_sets'

It would seem I deleted user 'mysql.infoschema' in error, and I'm not sure how to get it back, now I've lost access to the Workbench.

I'm hoping one of the experts on this forum knows how to get it back.
