URGENT !!! Restore innoDB table (bad backuped...)

Hi,

Some innoDB tables were created in a MyISAM DB. Unfortunately, the backup process just copies the data directory but does not stop the mysql service....

We needed to restore this DB and we discovered, too late, that there were some innoDB tables .... and I can't access to these tables.

Now, I have the full data directory, backuped "on the fly" a few days ago...
Even if I paste it in a freshly mysql installation, I can't access to the data...

Can anyone help me, please ?

Thanks a lot !
