lost data recovery

Hello,

I have one vb.net project using database mysql.
unfortunetely the database file having .sql extention get replaced by same name
i have no any back up at any where i collected it using undelete plus s/w
the file i recovered is of 90 kb but still i cant read it using mysql query browser or notepad or wordpad
please suggest me the way to recover the lost data due to replacement of .sql file
or any another way as early as possible
