Recover tables from Mysql data files
Hello,
I have the situation that my Windows installation crashed and is not bootable anymore. But I have all the data on this partition available under linux.
Now I would like to restore the data into the mysql server on linux. I haven't made any dumps or backups from the database under windows so I have only the files from /xampplite/mysql/data . In this directory all my old databases are stored in folders with contains frm, myd and myi files for each table.
My question is how to restore these databases from the frm, myd and myi files to my mysql server on linux. Can it be done with phpmyadmin or is there some other method to restore / import the databases ?
Thanks in advance
