recovering from data/DB folders

Hi,
I had to format the drive on which Mysql 5.0.45 server was installed.
Before formatting I took a copy of the MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\data folder.
After, I reinstalled mysql and pasted all the directories(database named) in the
new MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\data folder.
Then i restarted the Mysql service.
The result was that the Query Browser lists all tables but does not show the columns or the data of all.
Only 40% of the tables have been recovered.
Please help me recover all. I have Win XP SP3.
