How to fill textbox values from mysql database?

HI,

I created two textboxes such as Name and PhoneNo in c#. And i have a table in mysql database with same table fields and values stored in it. I want to display the values in the database into that textbox when the submit button is clicked in the webapplication.
How can i do it? Help me...
