I think the problem you are facing would be easier solved if you contact the creators or distributors of the software you are trying to install.
This forum is about the MySQL Installer for Windows and it seems you are installing a software that uses the MySQL Server, but you are not installing the MySQL Server or a MySQL product using the MySQL Installer, if I am not mistaken.
