Hi Will,
Just go to
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/installer/ and download the first link (web installer) if you have internet access on the server you will install the MySQL Server, otherwise download the second link (full bundle).
Run the MySQL Installer for Windows, then select Server Only if you just wish to install the Server.
