Hello Abacus,

the License Agreement is only shown during the first run of the Installer or in further runs if it hasn't been accepted by the user. The Setup Type wizard page should be shown after the License Agreement or after clicking the Add button. If it isn't shown then it is likely because you previously had a MySQL Installer installation where you added/modified/removed MySQL products.

To get the License Agreement and Setup Types wizards again you can uninstall and install the product once more. Otherwise, you can simply use the Add button and further select the products that you want installed.

If the issue persists I recommend you raise a bug with detailed information on how to reproduce it.
