Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts

I am trying to install MySQL Server 8.0.16 on my Windows 7 pro Operating system.
The installer stuck at 'Apply Configuration -> Starting Server' stage.

*Please find the below logs and help with your suggestions. I tried disabling my Quick Heal firewall also but that did not help.
