Silent install v5.7+ (without MySQLInstallerConsole)

Hi,
I want to install a MySQL server 5.7 and include it in my Inno Setup but I don't get it because I get an error because I want to put the Installdir in a different folder than the default. What I would like to ask is if I am obliged to use MySQLInstallerConsole to customize the parameters or I can really do it only with the msi found in ProgramData when installing MySQL Installer for Windows from Community msi
