MySQL tells you it can't create a test file, can't find your MySQL data directory. Possibly it's tripping over some fragments of the previous MySQL installation. Consider purging all traces of MySQL, eg https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-completely-uninstall-mysql/e90e1344-7b90-4319-8b2f-77b271ae66ed#:~:text=Go%20to%20Control%20Panel%20%3EPrograms,sure%20to%20back%20it%20up.
