The MySQL Installer msis found at
http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/installer/ are the latest ones. You will find mysql-installer-community-8.0.32.0.msi which already includes the latest version of the MySQL products and you will also find mysql-installer-web-community-8.0.32.0.msi which is a light-weight version that doesn't include any MySQL products but allows for them to be downloaded afterwards.
Regarding the 32 bit comments, yes, Installer is 32 bit but works perfectly in 64 bit environments and allows to install 32/64 bit MySQL products. Note that not all MySQL products have 32 and 64 bit versions, but for those that only have 32 bit versions they do work on 64 bit environments.
If you select an installation type (Full, Server-Only, Developer, Client) the Installer will automatically use the corresponding 32/64 bit packages based on your OS, otherwise you can select the appropriate one using the "Custom" installation type.
