can you provide more details as to what you mean by "I don't succeed to add MySQL server with the Windows process"? Is the Windows service MySQL80 not starting during the server configuration? If so, what error are you getting and what options are you selecting during configuration? What version of MySQL Installer/Server are you using?

MySQL.Data and MySQLConnector are clients that can be used to communicate your app with the MySQL Server, however the server needs to be running first which can be done using MySQL Installer. MySQL also has an official .NET connector which can be found here: https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/net/
