Silent install of MySQL Community Server 5.7.22 on Windows?

I'm attempting to do a 100% silent install of MySQL Community Server 5.7.22 on Windows Server 2016. I run "mysql-installer-community-5.7.22.1.msi", which installs the installer...so far, so good.

Now I'm trying to use MySQLInstallerConsole, and it insists on being in Commercial Mode, demanding my Oracle credentials. How do I get this thing installing in Community Mode? Here's what I've been trying:

MySQLInstallerConsole install server;5.7.22;x64:*:port=3306;passwd=letmein -silent

Thoughts?
