Hello,
I'd advise to perform a backup of both databases and ensure the backup works before doing any additional actions.

Once you have your backup you can start by disabling and/or removing one of the two databases. Next simply use your app an ensure it continues to work as intended, if there are no disruptions then it means you disabled the correct database. It is also possible that your app is using both databses. Even though there isn't a specific command for disabling a database there are many articles online where you can achieve something similar.
