If you are using MySQL EE, you should not hesitate to contact support.
However, my first question before trying to help you fixing your problem is about the architecture. What is the gain to have 3 VM on the same host when the goal of this solution is to achieve HA ?
Now back to the problem, it seems that the message is obvious... there is network problem, I know your VMs are on the same physical machines but maybe you have on that host some scheduled task that consumes much resources and slows down the VMs ? Backups ?
Which version of MySQL are you using ?
note: as MyISAM is not supported for Group Replication you can reduce the value of key_buffer_size ;-)
