How to add the new MySQL node in the current MySQL clustering

Hi MySQL community,
I have the MySQL clustering with 3 MySQL Nodes. It ran 3 months ago. And now, I would like to add the 4th MySQL node to the current MySQL clustering. But I can not add the new node. Can Anyone help me?
