Hi IGG,

This is a dns resolving issue. when you ping db-1-1 what ip is it resolving too ?

Also, for new comers to Group Replication, I always advise the use of the new MySQL Shell to create a new cluster.

Please, also note that 8.0.17 is out now and I would suggest to use the latest version too.
