The "right" size? I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Even if all 7 of those columns are VARCHAR(255)'s (and I doubt it), you don't need to worry about size with only 1.2 million rows. This is, of course, assuming you have the necessary disk space. And also assuming you're not using BLOBs.
Otherwise, size is num_rows*avg_row_length. ;)
