Mysql schedule job to call PHP file

Hi,
i'm a new member of forum.
I've a problem with settings of a schedule event on mysql. I have to create a event that call a php file in a specific time. On web i don't find a solution at this problem. Someone knows how i can resolve? Is it possible?

ps. the mysql database is on wamp server.
