MYSQL_BIND

I've been developing a program but when I try to use MYSQL_BIND
structure VC send me an error (it doesn't find MYSQL_BIND type).
VC give the same error if I use MYSQL_STMT and all function that
manage query and prepare query.

So I have found throught the include file of MySQL and I didn't find
the definition of MYSQL_BIND and MYSQL_STMT and so on.

VC is setting correctly
Please help me!!!
