Here is a update server uptime 20 hours

Mysqltuner

Phpmyadmin
Table_locks_waited 4,580 k

OS is Linux and the cpu is now sitting at 0.02 Im just amazed at that from being 2.0 to 0.02. I notice when I'm running htop all four cpu are sitting around 32% but load is 0% why is that?
