If you look at post link here
http://forums.mysql.com/read.php?20,583875,584000#msg-584000 is snippet of my /var/log/message. I notice there is a reboot happened and I cant figure out what cause this reboot to happen and mysql to fail thereafter too. In addition below is part of my last command which shows during that incident. The reboot incident is reboot system boot 2.6.32-358.2.1.e Sat Apr 13 17:19 - 12:47 (3+19:28)
root pts/0 10.212.134.200 Sat Apr 13 21:21 - 21:40 (00:18)
