Your configuration file is kind of a mess. I'd recommend using the Percona online tool to generate a new config file to start with, make sure it has the correct ownership and mode, and then start MySQL again. If it fails, make sure then that you are checking for errors in the log that it specifies in the new configuration file. So post up the new config you get and the new error log.
