MySQL Events: How to schedule commands for every 1st day of the month?

I would like every day 01 to make a copy of the radacct table (radius bank - soft. Freeradius) to table radacct_ <year> <month>, and if the copy was made ok, it would delete the records older than 31 days in the original.
