It looks like bug for me if invoker can insert into the view having only SELECT privileges on the underlying table. Could you please submit bugreport with repeatable test suite on
http://bugs.mysql.com/. (But before check please that the user have no insert/update/delete privileges on table got in other way (like privileges to database).
