This layout does not match to a table corruption bug that I know of.
The only thing might be concurrency. Do you run your commands with multiple connections at the same time?
Otherwise it is probably a not-yet-known bug. If you see any chance to make it somewhat reproducible, please report a new bug at bugs.mysql.com.
