MyISAM key buffer cache emptying

Hi,

I've noticed that a MyISAM MySQL instance is emptying nearly all its key buffer cache during some periods of the night. The MySQL daemon is not restarted.

Any idea on what could cause this and how to avoid it ? I fear that this creates performances issues during the time the cache needs to be filed again.
