Write it this way
select  u.id, u.user_login, u.user_email
    from  wp_users u
    JOIN  wp_wpsc_purchase_logs pl ON u.id = pl.user_id
    where  pl.date > '2014-11-30'
      and  pl.processed=3 ;
and have a compound index in pl:
INDEX(processed, date)

I assume u has
PRIMARY KEY(id)

Please provide SHOW CREATE TABLE whenever asking performance questions.
