"S3" means Amazon S3? You copied MyISAM files there? As I read https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33295619/mysql-data-directory-on-s3, that was a mistake. See https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/backup-methods.html for a summary of sound backup methods/
