I have 10 or so databases that I am moving from one server to another, the problem is my new server is mysql 4 and my old one was mysql 5. I have tried multiple compatibility modes when exporting, but I still get errors. This is the most common:

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci' at line 12

Any ideas?
