Isolation levels question

Hello
I have a problem to understand differnces between REPEATABLE READ and READ COMMITED isolation level on innodb tables.
I one case i should have fantom lines but i can't reproduce this situation on my server.
I have looked this page:

I did not managed to reproduce the first example of the "Example queries" Sections.
If somebody can explain me why it would be great ;)
