Error Log - AWE: Database pages ....

I've been running MySQL for about a year now. Since we upgraded our OS to Windows 2003 Enterprise and implemented AWE memory support for InnoDB, the following message is repeated throughout the error log:

AWE: Database pages and free buffers mapped in frames 65535
AWE: Buffer pool memory frames 65536

There are hundreds of pages (daily) full of nothing but this message.

Can anyone provide additional information as to:

1. What this means
2. How to prevent it/what needs to be fixed
