Jay,

Thanks a lot for your comments. We don't roll back if billing is below zero. We do the ifnull billing selects in order to know what ballance to put in the next billing insert (we need to know what was the balance of the last inserted billing record for a given user).

What we will do first is break listing items into smaller transactions (one item at a time). Will keep you updated.
