Think about it---if any transactions are active, there can be no exact answer to your question.
About replication lag ...
- do master & slave status show the same log file name?
- what is master log position - Read_Master_Log_Pos
- what is master Position - Exec_Master_Log_Pos
- what is slave Read_Master_Log_Pos - Exec_Master_Log_Pos
- if using GTIDs see
