Stop/start, review the error log for errs, post them here if they're interesting. Otherwise do a complete dump.

Then put all apps through their paces, again check err log, if there's nothing interesting you're golden, otherwise post those errors and we go from there.

And institute regular full logical (ie dump) backups at intervals shorter than the period required to accumulate a quantity of data you cannot afford to lose.
