Porting "distance_sphere()" and "distance_spheroid()" to MySQL.

I registered a new project at MySQL forge just now.

I'll port two functions, "distance_sphere()" and "distance_spheroid()", of PostGIS to MySQL.
These are compatible with same name functions of PostGIS.
At first, I made the program that is UDF.
